Refund Policy

We hope you love your June & Papi products, however we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the product within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund. 

Return freight costs are at the customers expense and non refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a refund proof of purchase is required (order number, order confirmation email, receipt with purchase date), your item also must be returned with all components. 

If eligible, please send an email to hello@juneandpapi.com and we still start the return process. 

Damages / Issues 

June & Papi will not accept returns on damaged items if not notified within 7 days from receiving your order. Please contact hello@juneandpapi.com with photos of the damaged product and the order number in the subject line so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right. 

Refund

Once we receive the returned product and verify the condition you will be notified that a refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically get a refund on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
